We carefully select our raw material suppliers. We are interested in creating long-lasting partnerships with a guarantee of constant raw material quality.
Flour
We are extra demanding on the quality of our flour. We are currently supplied by two mills with daily quality control to ensure that our sandwiches and baguettes always taste the same.
Chicken meat
Healthy and juicy meat from honest and regularly inspected free-range farms.
Eggs
The way the hen is raised affects the quality and size of the eggs. Our eggs come from litter farms and have yolks of a distinctive colour.
Debrecen ham
The iconic real loin ham wrapped in delicious red ground pepper is the main flavour driver in two of our best-selling baguettes.
Butter and cheese
Made from premium cow's milk with a high proportion of healthy fat, which is the carrier of flavour in our butters and cheeses.
Little Gem Salad
This little gem among salads is organically grown in Spain. Little Gem Salad is grown without exposure to dust or sand.
Tuna
The tuna in our wraps and baguettes comes from four suppliers, among which the quality and taste of premium Atlantic tuna dominates.
Bacon
Crispy and with a high proportion of meat, baked by us personally using a slow method, because all good things take time.
Dressings
We make homemade dressings directly in our facility, without preservatives or stabilisers, always with a maximum of 24 hours in advance and only to order.
